Flavio Tamburri – Company President
Flavio has over 37 years experience in the Flavor and Fragrance Industry. He has been employed by Fritsche, Dodge and Olcott, Givaudan-Roure and BBA. His functions spanned project engineering, production and engineering management control. During the past 24 years, Flavio has run a successful Engineering Consulting business, where he has designed and built a number of Flavor and Fragrance Plants. He has designed Software Systems that operate large production facilities and has specified ERP Systems for the same.
He received his BS in Chemical Engineering in 1980 from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Michael Badal – Process Engineer
Michael has over 9 years of experience in the Flavor and Fragrance Industries. His functions include equipment design, new and used equipment selection, equipment testing and startup, and equipment optimization; controls/instrumentation design, selection, installation, and testing; plant design; and project management.
Michael received his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2010 from Lafayette College.
